1. Using Voloshow
Voloshow provides AI image and video creation tools, browsing features, and related workspace services. You are responsible for your account activity and for using the service in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
2. Accounts and credits
Some features may require an account, credits, or a paid plan. Credits, limits, queues, and model availability may change as the product evolves. Payment confirmations and benefit delivery may depend on third-party payment providers and webhook processing.
3. User content and AI output
You keep responsibility for prompts, uploaded materials, generated outputs, and how you publish or reuse them. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to existing material, so review important results before commercial or public use.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow our Content Policy and Acceptable Use Policy at /content-policy. In particular, do not use Voloshow to create, request, upload, publish, or distribute sexual or NSFW content, graphic violence, hateful content, child sexual abuse material, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, infringing content, other illegal or harmful content, or attempts to bypass safety controls. We may block requests, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful conduct when required.
5. Service changes and availability
We may update features, models, prices, limits, and these terms. The service is provided as available, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every output will meet your expectations.
