Policy
Content Policy and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Effective date: August 3, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to prompts, instructions, uploads, generated or edited images and videos, public works, comments, and any other content created, submitted, stored, published, or shared through Voloshow. Every user must follow this policy, applicable law, and the rights of others.
2. Prohibited AI content
Voloshow expressly prohibits requesting, generating, uploading, publishing, or distributing: (1) pornography, explicit sexual content, nudity intended for sexual gratification, or other adult sexual/NSFW content; (2) graphic violence or gore; (3) hateful or harassing content targeting protected persons or groups; (4) child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors, or any child-unsafe sexual content; (5) non-consensual or deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, or misleading use of a real person's likeness or voice; and (6) content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights.
3. Other prohibited conduct
Do not use the service for fraud, scams, malware, unlawful surveillance, disclosure of private personal data, promotion of terrorism or violent extremism, instructions for weapons intended to cause mass harm, encouragement of self-harm, spam, illegal activity, attempts to evade safeguards, or concealment of AI-generated content where disclosure is required.
4. Content moderation
Generation requests are subject to automated prompt and provider safety checks. Generated images and videos and public submissions may also be screened using automated classification, metadata, and platform safety checks. Potential violations and user reports may be sent for human review. Public content can be kept private, placed in pending review, or removed from public display while review is open.
5. How to report content
Use the Report control on a public work or comment to report NSFW content, violence, hate or harassment, child-safety concerns, impersonation, privacy abuse, copyright or trademark infringement, spam, or another violation. If the content is unavailable, private, or urgent, email support@voloshow.com with the content URL or identifier, the reason for the report, and relevant evidence.
6. Review process
We record and triage reports according to severity, restrict reported public works while review is open where appropriate, and assess the content, context, account history, and available evidence. Child-safety threats, credible threats of violence, and other urgent illegal content receive priority. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
7. Enforcement
Depending on severity, context, and repeat behavior, we may reject a prompt, prevent delivery or publication, remove or restrict content, disable sharing or other features, warn the user, limit usage, suspend or permanently terminate an account, preserve evidence, and report suspected unlawful conduct to authorities when required. Severe violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning.
8. Appeals and abuse of reporting
A user who believes an enforcement decision was made in error may appeal through support@voloshow.com and should include the affected account, content identifier, decision, and supporting context. We will arrange a fresh review where practicable. Repeatedly submitting knowingly false, malicious, or abusive reports may itself lead to restrictions.
9. Policy changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service, safety practices, laws, and model-provider requirements change. Continued use after an update means you agree to the revised policy. For policy questions, reports, or appeals, contact support@voloshow.com.
